Am I pregnant?
While the most common sign of pregnancy is a missed period, each woman may experience different symptoms throughout her pregnancy. In addition, pregnancy symptoms may also be linked to other underlying causes. If you are pregnant, you may experience any of the following:
- Nausea
- Food Aversions
- Bloating/Cramping
- Darkening of the Nipples
- Fatigue
- Mood Swings
- Frequent Urination
- Spotting
Should you experience any of these symptoms, please contact New Direction Women’s Center today to arrange an appointment for a free pregnancy test.
How Does a Pregnancy Test Work?
Our lab-quality pregnancy tests are 99% accurate and detect human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), the hormone released during pregnancy, as early as eight days after conception. As your pregnancy progresses, the hCG in your body increases, making it easier to detect through a pregnancy test, even in the early weeks of pregnancy. All tests are performed in our center, and our team will be available to discuss the results of your test during your appointment.
